Great place to stay. Spacious room, clean, nice gym, restaurant open late, quiet, good water pressure. Only wish the gym had a water cooler/jug and towels. Towels were not always available or out

Location is on the square so our driver called the hotel to have the bellman come and get our luggage. He came running down the street and then walked us back to our hotel. Hotel is quaint old school with fancy woodwork everywhere. A gem in Quito. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is excellent in the historical part of Quito. It is a beautiful place and the rooms are lovely. If I had one negative comment it would be that as welcoming and friendly the staff are, they are also a bit overkill. An unusual comment for sure but if you do stay at the hotel which I do recommend, you will understand.
