“Het inchecken verliep prima. Maar toen we de (schone) kamer inkwamen, was het alsof we een sauna inliepen. De zon had de hele dag vol in de kamer geschenen, dus het was er bloedheet. Er kon geen raam open en er was geen airco of ventilator. We moesten de koffers op de grond zetten, en konden geen kleding eruit halen omdat er geen kast aanwezig was. Ook even goed kunnen zitten was niet mogelijk, aangezien er geen stoelen stonden en er was ook geen tafel. Dus dan maar op het bed zitten om nog wat……

“We had a wonderful stay with Deep and Julie on their Catermeran. We enjoyed some wonderful sailing and anchored near an Island for the night. We had a lovely evening sharing stories over dinner and watching the sun go down! I was impressed how warm and cosy the boat was and how well we all slept! Waking up surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery in the morning was very special and we enjoyed basking up the sunshine before setting sail. It was a great adventure for both children and adults……

“Wer Lust auf eine Auszeit abseits des großen Trubels hat, kann sich auf das Hausboot von Mike und Ramona verlassen!Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt für 3 Nächte. Angekommen mit geliehenen Fahrrädern aus Purmerend, wurden wir herzlichst von Mike empfangen.Das Boot liegt abseits des großen Kanals, umgeben von (Mini-)Pferden, Hühnern, Katzen und allen anderen möglichen Tieren.Die Größe ist sehr gemütlich, auch wenn man als 1,94-m-Mensch nicht stehen kann, was allerdings überhaupt nicht stört,……

“Beds were comfortable. Apartments were in the attic of a building 4 floors from ground level. Poor lighting in apt at night Carpets were worn out, including the winding narrow stairs Toilets flushed ok, but still experienced a foul odor in apt. Once up and down stairs, along with suitcases lasting for 3 weeks, the Best thing was the VIEW out over the canal. We had a resident mouse that showed up daily. We survived and experienced Amsterdam for 4 days and didn’t get sick!”

“To stay is wonderful! Stylish interior, bed is very comfortable, furniture in the state is very nice! The room is all well equate! The view from the big window is absolute nice.”
