Bad holiday experience
"Vår 5 dagars semester var inte tänkt som vi önskade för en 5-stjärnig hotel. Dåligt att ta se runt i hotellet om man har barn vagn. Vi fick inte plats i hissen och i rummet. Man fick handla själv från supermarket snack, dryck etc för att ha i minibaren. För rumservices så skulle man betala 8€/gång. ..."
