The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. “Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay.”

“We stayed at Waikoloa Village to participate in an Ironman. The quiet atmosphere was appreciated. However, the welcome book had only the bylaws of the condo association, no details of the pool location or access, no WIFI code. We reported the lack of WIFI and were told to look again! Finally once I was angry the agent relented to give us the code in a text. As for the pool facilities we did not bother calling. On day three we saw an employee who helped us out.”

It's perfectly situated to enjoy watching golf from your large lanai, or playing golf, tennis, or pickleball down the street (we play all 3), then cooling off in the pool! “The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work.
