“Great private location, quiet and beautiful place to relax but close to activities. We cooked most of our meals there in the little kitchen which provided most of the essentials. The washer and dryer was perfect for our week stay. The room stayed cool with the extra fans. We definitelywill be returning. ”

“The VRBO description truly doesn’t do this place justice. To our pleasant surprise, the property felt wonderfully private and secluded from any nearby neighbors. It was spotless, cozy, and immediately welcoming. The view from the bedroom window was stunning, framed perfectly by the vibrant foliage beyond. Check-in and check-out were the smoothest we’ve ever experienced, and the host was exceptionally accommodating. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown and the farmers market.……

“The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost……

“We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. ”

“The state was very quiet and soothing! Would highly recommend staying here to see the north side of the big island! It was my third trip and I wish I would’ve stayed here before. You are close to food, gas, and other needs. There are three different lookouts over the pacific for wonderful sunset views as well only about 10 to 15 minutes away. Great hosts, will stay here again for sure.”
