“I am absolutely appalled by the service received by Haworth Old Hall. Booked a night away via Expedia. Confirmation of booking received immediately. Over 24 hours later - the day of check in, I got a phone call advising they had double booked and there was no room available for us. We had to cancel everything as all other Haworth hotels were fully booked. I have emailed and rang them and messaged on here - no response - they have taken my money and have not refunded it - do not trust here”

“Convenient location and parking. Food was pretty good in the bar. Room would benefit from upgrading, it was dated and the bed was uncomfortable.”

“Clean comfortable room. Good TV. Modern bathroom but need to replace the black mouldy silicone in shower and sink!”

“Great place to stay. Was super spacious and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!”

“At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal”

“Very basic bed to sleep in prior to early morning flight. Tiny bathroom, small room, squeaky floor - this was not holiday accommodation but fine for what we needed.”

“Nice and fresh room. Lovely staff. Extra milk/tea/coffee on corridor table and toothbrushes for those who require them. Dog bowls, treats and blankets if bringing your pooch. Food was lovely.”

“The pub and restaurant are closed from Monday to Wednesday, but, the rooms are available, but, the breakfast is available, if you are staying there. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and ample parking. The transport links are excellent to Huddersfield and surrounding areas. Julie, the host, is very nice and knowledgable about the area, who also cooks a very good breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very spacious bathroom with a lovely selection of toiletries. ……

“Toilet exhaust not working.”

“Large, comfortable room”
