“Friendly staff very convenient location ”

“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“Really friendly staff member checked me in and told me that she’d give me the last double bed room available, because I had booked a 2 single bed for two of us but they weren’t able to come. Which was unexpected and really appreciated. Bed is comfy, room was clean, a restaurant/pub is right next door and free parking. I nearly deducted a star because the fire alarm went off for a bit at about 9:30pm as their alarms are sensitive to the steam coming from bathrooms, so someone must have……

“This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.”
