"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"The site was advertised as 2 br 2 baths. Actually, it was 1 and 1/2 bath. No washcloths. TV did not work, even after installing 2 new batteries. The guy who owned it seemed to try to please. "

"Initially I was given the wrong key code, and couldn’t get into the property. After entering the property I noticed there was a sign on the washer that stated out of order. One of the main reasons I booked the property was to be close to campus and have a way to wash my laundry. The internet was very spotty also. Unfortunately these were not the only issues I had to deal with. The first night of staying in the property at around 1:30 AM someone was beating on my bedroom window. After the...
