“This rental is fantastic:Beautiful location. The most well-equipped kitchen I've been in in a vacation rental. Generous supplies & amenities (ie. ample good soap/shampoo, storage bags/containers, enough blankets/towels. Amazing beds & linens. Easy, gracious communication with the hosts. Very thoughtful & thorough explanation of things to do, especially navigating accessing the water with the kayaks. Unlike so many rental experiences where I have the feeling of bumping into things I need……

“We came up to the area to relax and visit family who live in the area. We were hoping for a place with room for our family, in a beautiful location, that would also be great for relaxing. This hit the spot. Great place, friendly neighborhood, and beautiful! The lake is gorgeous and the scenery was what we were hoping for. Need something that you forgot? A store within 20 min. On top of that, we were in the area for the 4th of July. Fireworks galore! We definitely want to go back, and based on……

“Easy process to check in. The cabin was probably even better than advertised. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay and longer. Really close to 2 state parks. We got to see a deer in the yard our first morning and what looked like a big sea otter running though at night. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Spent a couple getaway days celebrating my husband's birthday. Had a perfect evening canoe ride checking out the immediate area around us, had barbequed burgers and steaks watching the fire and the water! Awesome access to kayaks and trying this with our pup! The camp has a nice set up for our dog to play, stay within view and be able to swim! We loved sipping coffee with all the doors open and taking in the view! Anything we needed was perfectly labeled and we didn't need to bring anything……

“Wonderful stay at Whispering Pines! The property and amenities are well kept and who can beat a private sauna & dock as well as a separate 'game room' cabin?! We made great use of the paddle boat, row boat and fishing poles as well as the grill and fire pit. Would definitely recommend a stay here! ”
