"When we arrived we asked the front desk for 4 extra pillows to be brought to the room the following day by 3pm. Our daughter was having elbow surgery and we needed to make sure we had enough to prop her an up safely. They hadn't brought them by the time we got back, so I stopped by the desk and reminded them of what we needed. They promptly got them to us. All the staff were very friendly andvery accommodating. We will definitely stay there again. As for the breakfast, it was good and several options to choose from. Thank you for a comfortable stay for us. It was greatly appreciated."

"A wonderful experience overall. Eric was most hospitable and gave us the best room possible on the top floor. We were very pleased with our tay, especially for the price point. Pro tip. Get the parking included in your room, you will save money and are guaranteed a spot. The location is a 10 min walk to Pike Place and all shopping downtown. Many fabulous restaurants all within minutes from the hotel. "

"The only drawback for us was - there were no restaurants very close to the property… but it was clean… out shuttle driver was early and ready to go when we needed to go to the airport. We did not get breakfast because of our flight time was earlier than breakfast…. "

"The Manager Mia was great at getting everything straightened out for me when an inexperienced staff person couldn’t perform the check-in. I truly appreciate her and the Valer staff was also very helpful and performed great."
