On the plus side, we really appreciated being able to check in early—it made our travel day much smoother. The room itself was clean overall and comfortable, and having the parking garage located directly below the hotel was very convenient. The rate was $56 per 24 hours. However, there were a couple of issues with the bathroom that stood out. There was what appeared to be a peanut butter-like smear on the wall, and we also noticed a few dark, curly hairs on the bathroom tile. These details made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Overall, the stay was decent thanks to the location and convenience, but improved attention to bathroom cleanliness would make a big difference." When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25\. fare.
