“Keith and carol were excellent hosts very friendly. We arrived early Keith let us check in early after a long journey. Parked onsite for the duration. Walk to esplanade is at least 15 mins. Breakfast was a fried breakfast or cereal. Bedroom was a nice size and clean with shower in en-suite. ”

“We stayed in Room 22. Grrat views of the beach and Weymouth Bay. Check in was easy. There is no reception, you ring the bell or call the number posted on the door. We were met by Dean who checked us in. The room is up 2 flights of stairs and was warm, but after opening the windows, it cooled down. There were no fans, but my portable fan did help at night. A full, hot, made-to-order beakfast was included. The property faces the main street did get noisy with traffic in the morning, more so on...

“Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”

“From before our holiday even started, our hosts were attentive and informative. Mel and Trish were extremely welcoming and helpful. They met my family and I at our drop off location and took us to the guesthouse showing us all the best attractions and places to eat. We felt right at home when we arrived and the room was immaculate, with lovely treats for all of us - the games for the kids was an amazing touch - we loved the fresh milk in the fridge too!
