Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. Daher wurden wir nicht in unsere Zimmer gelassen. Wohlgemerkt nach einer bis dahin 17 stündigen Anreise mit dem Zug von Düsseldorf.
