Wonderful seafront guest house.

Lovely short break with our grandchildren- wonderful hospitality from Melaney. Ideally situated right on the sea front.

we enjoyed our stay, Melaney was so friendly made us feel very welcome, The view from the bedroom was amazing it was so relaxing to hear the sea while sitting in the bay window having a cup of tea. We had cake in the room on arrival, Toiletries in the bathroom and bathrobes The mini fridge had bottled water and real milk which was a lovely touch. Very close to the town centre but the road the guest house is on is a dead end so not through traffic so lovely and quiet. Breakfast was fab as well, highly recommend staying at Chanel View

Literally a stone's throw from the beach, you can hear the waves lapping up onto the shore as you drift off to sleep. Just off the main promenade so it's quieter but still very handy for all the main cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs etc. Great breakfast, great coffee. Very homely feel with lots of nice design touches, books, games etc. And Melaney is lovely!

Not stayed in a B&B for many years but we just wanted one night away through the Easter holidays with our little grandson. This place is directly on the beach. The Hotel offers more than you could imagine but not closing the window wine glasses in the bedroom as well home-made banana cake a mini fridge dressing gowns ironing board nice bathroom lovely choice at breakfast much much better than I thought a B&B would be they have definitely gone all out.

Excellent location right opposite the beach. Room 2 has a great bay window sitting area with a panoramic view of the seascape and sunrise. It also has one single and one double bed. Lovely landlady Melaney to greet you on arrival. Folder in room with great local information. Small refrigerator in room.

Friendly place in excellent location.

Very friendly little guest house in lovely possition right on the sea front. The room was small but had lots of little personal touches and a fantastic sea view. Parking is on the road outside the property and is free. We managed to get a space on both days.
