Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly beaches, and only a short drive from the city centre and airport. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Will gladly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we ever return to the area. "Room was nice and comfortable and location was quiet in good location for where we needed to be. Service is weird - self check in on computer screen - although the receptionist have us our key. Despite the gold status bottle of wine we were supposed to be offered, we had to ask 3 times to actually receive it. "
