We were very happy with your rental and enjoyed the stay. The only reason I put four stars on accuracy of listing is because its advertised as 3 bed 3 bath so that's what we were expecting. I did see later in the finer print that it only has two bathrooms. But either way it worked great for us and we were happy. I would stay again if needed. We were in Wichita for a meeting at Central Community Church so it was very convenient.

From Dallas to Riverfest
Wonderful stay. I lived in Wichita for 16yrs prior. I brought my fiancé and our kids to experience riverfest and to visit family there. Lots of room for us and the kids to sleep peacefully without sharing beds. Two living areas so the kids could visit in one and play games and we could watch a movie in the other without anybody talking over each other. We forgot our shampoo but it was already provided for us. It was an absolutely perfect house and we hope to be back in the future.

Made our week work for us!
Teresa's property was perfect for our needs. My husband lives with paraplegia & needs a home with limited obstacles for his power wheelchair. This home required only one set of ramps to get through the front door - wide enough for the chair - because it only has one step to the threshold. We set up a hospital bed in the living room & were able to use the lift easily. Our son had his own room & our caregiver had her own room & bathroom. I shared the master bathroom with our son - the master suite is enormous & very comfortable. I could get some quiet time enjoying the chaise or the family room. We enjoyed eating outside in the back yard & found everything we needed for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is great too...we found it quite convenient for all the activities we enjoyed on the west side. Teresa has created a very warm & welcoming home away from home. We hope to make it back for other family events in the future!

The 3 bedroom / 2 bath house near ICT airport in west Wichita was a great option for us to stay and gather for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed 2 large living rooms and a backyard. Owner was a pleasure.

Three generations visit familu
We each had a wonderful experience! Teresa is a wonderful host and made you feel like family. She was available for us if we ever needed her. We enjoyed getting to see her each day while letting our dogs play in the back yard. The house was so perfect and get for our ages of 88, 70, & 51! We won’t stay anywhere else in Wichita if we can help it!

This is a wonderful house - older home, but inside is beautifully updated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great kitchen & bathrooms. Comfy beds. Clean, clean, clean. Since this is only a few blocks from family we visit regularly, we will stay here again. Owner called after we left and told us we'd left something behind - she will send it to us. Wonderful Home
My wife and I went to Witchita and met my adult son there for a basketball tournament. Location was 5 minutes from the airport (you never heard the panes taking off or landing, however) and close to anything you would need. The home itself is very nice and has all you need to live comfortably. The plus for us was a nice backyard where our dog could really stretch her legs. Teresa herself is a very kind, wonderful lady and answered any questions quickly. If we ever need to go to Witchita again, this is the place we will stay at.

The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Teresa provided all the necessities- the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had all that we needed and more, and the yard was spacious with a nicely cut lawn. Teresa made sure we knew she was available for anything we may need and her communication with us was prompt and friendly. Although the house is set back a little on a busy road, the neighborhood is quiet and there was no traffic noise heard inside the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again, Thank you Teresa!

Great Westside Wichita Place
We were in Wichita for a wedding in Andale, and the perfect location to stay. The house was large and clean. Three bedrooms meant everyone had their own room. The master bedroom was quite large, and the ensuite bath was huge. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need, from the coffee maker, toaster, blender to crockpot. The house was easy to find and offered easy access to any location in Wichita. There was local tv access, which was a plus as there were tornados in the Wichita area one night of our stay. We were never in danger as the storms were on the East side of town. Teresa was very responsive when I asked about the local tv access. Also, we were traveling with a 9-month-old, and when I asked for an early arrival to get the baby down for a nap, she was very friendly and able to accommodate our request.
