Interesting fun location stayed in Cataract Creek overnight. Clean comfortable cabin. Only criticism was internet was patchy which caused issues with watching tv, but no big deal and lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise no issues at all.

My husband and I came up for a long weekend for our anniversary. We are originally from Maine so we wanted something like a cozy cabin. This was amazing snd we enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the beautiful rooms!

Had the opportunity to stay a few nights at Trappers - we had an excellent stay. We stayed in the Cowpunchers room. It was very clean and we loved the cute country charm with the decor. Extra amenities were available if needed in the main house. We were able to start a campfire and enjoy the quiet serene night that Williams has to offer. My only complaints are that the bathroom would get very cold at night and in the morning, since temps were in the 30s at the time. Also with the microwave and house amenities on the counter, it made it hard to spread out our toiletries. Otherwise the room was comfortable and met our needs. We're already considering our next visit! Would highly recommend, especially for a family or group get-together with a couple of rooms reserved.

Perfect little spot

It was the perfect spot close enough to site seeing destination. It was clean, quiet and very cute. When I visit again I plan on staying here again. Bonus every night we had visitors, deer family.

The cabin we stayed in was comfortable. I loved hearing the train whistles. Loved seeing deer and goats out the back window. Loved the use of the robes. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen area. We will be happy to stay there again in the future. There are no restaurants to walk to but there are plenty of food choices within a 5 minute drive.

Everything was very nice. We never met the hosts, but they did respond to messages right away. We stayed in the Americana cabin. The tub/shower was spacious, but needs grab bars to hold to get in, out, and hold onto while showering. The tub is slippery, I did find the non-slip mat rolled up behind the toilet, so there is one, just look for it. The main room was large with a King size bed, a trundle type bed, 2 chairs for watching TV, a small desk and chair for working. The bed was firm, not hard, and comfortable. The only sink was in the "kitchenette" area with the microwave, coffee makers, and fridge. It was awkward not having a sink in the bathroom, but it was ok. Everything had to be wiped up with bath linens, a roll of paper towels would have been nice.There are no paper products, so if you plan to microwave popcorn, or a meal, you'll need to bring those with you. There was also a tall bistro table and 2 stools to eat at. We would have liked a bit brighter lights, it was dim. All in all, it was really nice and we would recommend it. It's about 5 minutes from downtown Williams, dark and quiet.
