"The room was clean, the air conditioning was effective and not noisy, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was adequate and in a nice room off the lobby. This is a fine hotel if you are visiting the Monroe area."
"Convenient and Friendly, But Bring Earplugs
Sonesta Simply Suites is a great choice for its excellent location, with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The staff were consistently very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The only significant downside is the proximity to the railway. Train horns sounding at midnight can be disruptive to your sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is an important factor to consider. Despite this, the overall value and service were positive."
"The view is gorgeous; I was able to check in a little early; it's within walking distance of the train station; and the room was clean overall. The tub was a bit mildewy, but other than that, it was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was only bagged and to go. There was coffee and tea in the lobby morning and evening. "
