“My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected. My only complaint was the low water……

“This home is a gem. I could not have been happier. The house is perfect in every way. It’s warm, inviting and comfortable. The accommodations, supplies, and overall environment combined to make this the most beautiful short-term rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Truly, without exaggeration, this home can serve as an example of what every rental should look and feel like. Mark, the owner, was a great communicator beforehand and throughout and made sure we were well taken care……

“The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.”

“We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love.”

“We booked this suite for a weekend event we had in Boston. Boston prices were that weekend, which led us here. The space was clean and comfortable, with an extra small room for my adult son, giving us room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky, we were lucky to be able to park on the street. Communication with the host was excellent. It was an easy drive into Boston. The suite is on the third floor which was no issue for us, but travelers should be aware.”
