Excelente ubicación , limpieza. Lo único es un ruido que tenía el aire de vez en cuando y una sugerencia incluir 2 botellas de agua a la llegada. Nosotros llegamos de madrugada y no teníamos donde comprar. Gracias

We were extremely pleased with our stay! Our unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and located in an outstanding neighborhood. We were several hundred feet from public transit, there were multiple restaurants and retail locations within walking distance, and even Fenway and Quincy Market were a possible walking distance away. We will stay here every time we're in Boston!

The room was nice - very clean, nice little kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and an assortment of dishes. Once I figured out how to get my code to check in (the online form did not quite work for me) the "no front desk, no contact" check in was very smooth and the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful! The location was nice - close to transit.

No person to help if issues arise… only multiple emails from an anonymous source that seemed to be scripted and did not resolve all issues. Noisy and barely got any sleep. The only positive was that it was very clean.

There was a HORRIBLE SMELL of MOLD in our room. There was no one except an operator to help with this, and they did not help at all. Literally a toxic smell. The pillowcases had dirt on them. I took photos when we arrived. The sheets were scratchy, and the towels were extremely cheap and thin. I had to put my pj top over the pillow because of the scratchy linens. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location in Brookline. Property is around the corner from Beacon street and the Summit green line T station. About 20 minute ride on T to downtown. Parking must be reserved in advance (only 2 spots behind building) for $50 a day. We looked at other lots nearby but they were $70 per day. Floors creak and walls are thin so you can hear neighbor walk, talk and get ready in the morning. Bathroom is tight and desk is very small. Common area seating, kitchen and laundry are nice. Elevator stopped working during our stay. It’s about half the price of hotels in downtown so we gladly accepted the 20 minute T ride and noise.

Overall good accommodation. Getting in and out was easy. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would just say get an upstairs room as it sounded like 300 lb people were tap dancing above me. Room was small but enough for one person.
