"Great location for town & castle. The hotel was brilliant from arrival to leaving, the lady on reception was so helpful from ensuring we had a parking spot to giving us useful information. Breakfasts were cooked to order and was of a high quality, very tasty. We had dinner on our first night and we were impressed with the festive menu, again of a high standard. Two courses for £35 with a glass of fizz & tea/coffee with mince pies to finish, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in the same area. Thank you to all the staff P.S The Castle & St George's church are stunning and should not be missed. "

"Slightly confused breakfast selection. Ordered a full English but most items available at the buffet as well. Asked for baked beans and told none available! Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Appreciated the fact that there was no extra charge for some of the goodies left in the room, use of bicycles and EV charging. Lovely setting. "
