We are just back from an amazing 3 night stay at the Legoland resort hotel. The hotel is fantastic, so much for children to do, we loved the Themed rooms and the entertainment for the kids. The early access to the parks when you purchase park tickets is an added bonus to beat some queues. It’s just short walk from the hotel to the park. Would definitely stay again!

Lego characters scattered around the grounds are engaging for children. As is the Lego in rooms, VR effects and mood lighting in the bedroom. Play areas around the site are excellent and the reception and restaurant are well run and organised. Lodges are fairly basic but have all that you need.

Fab hotel for kids

Our kids loved it and won’t stop asking to go back. The hotel catered for children so well it made parenting a lot easier! Would definitely recommend

Stayed for a break along with the park, and booked separately with clubcard vouchers. Really reasonable, great entertainment in the evening, missed the pool but we were so impressed we'd like to go back!

Good experience but will nail you with surcharges

1) standard check in time is 4pm. "Early" check in is a beautiful £40 surcharge so factor this in for anyone booking with kids/luggage 2) charged my wife for a day pass ticket £96 for our son who turned 5 the morning of arrival despite having bought an adult + 1 preschooler ticket package

The first property we had was clean but had some drainage issues, we spoke to staff that were helpful and friendly and they promptly moved us to another lodge. All the area is very clean and tidy, i love the mini play areas in each section and all the lego models around the walking areas. The lodges are lovely inside

Loved by the little ones!!

Incredible for the little ones, amenities within the room were fantastic. They absolutely loved the treasure hunt. The room was decorated amazingly and was extremely clean. Just a good score with regard to the adults though, I would have liked to have some biscuits as part of the coffee-tea area as there was nothing with our brew after sitting down a long day. Milk is only just enough for one coffee or tea. Coffee machine made luke warm coffees. Headboard is rock hard would be more comfortable with a softer one.

Fantastic for families!

Amazing hotel for families! So much detail into decorating, the rooms were themed fantastically - our little girl loves the treasure hunt within the room, excellent added touch! Staff were brilliant and very helpful! Food was over priced and breakfast was ridiculously busy with not enough staff to mange but that was the only thing letting the hotel down!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. Nice relaxed feeling there even though it was busy. Attention to detail at the legoland hotel was amazing, lots to see amd do.
