"Close to downtown and comfortable"

"This is a cute little studio that is close to good restaurants and pretty river views of downtown Winooski. We stayed for a week and appreciated being able to walk to dinner or along the river. It was a great location for all of our days trips (Shelburne Farm, Ft. Ticonderoga, Asable Chasm, Lake Placid, Montreal, Stowe, etc.). Don't miss the Burlington waterfront and Saturday Farmer's Market! It was so nice to buy maple syrup and products straight from local farms. And don't forget the maple...

"We had a nice stay here! The house was well decorated, clean, and nicely stocked. The location was convenient to downtown, though it's not in a posh neighborhood. Be advised that though there is air conditioning, it's a window unit in the dining room rather than in the bedrooms. Propping bedroom doors and using a fan helped, though it let light into the room, so bring a sleep mask if you need A/C to sleep! We would stay here again!"

"This unit was exactly as advertised. It was a typical older Vermont house that had 2 units. It had everything we needed. really loved having the washer and dryer and the hot tub was fabulous. Beds were clean and comfortable - even the futon! Nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and The owner was very responsive. This is located just off a nice Main Street in Winooski that had a couple of restaurants and a brewery within walking distance....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property met all expectations and the hot tub was a perfect way to end each night. Downtown Winooski is quaint with cafe, restaurant, and brewery options, and Burlington is less than 10 mins by car. We visited the Ben & Jerry's factory and took in a movie at the Sunset Drive-In. A wonderful end-of-summer trip at an ideal property for 8 friends or four couples."
