Stayed here with my young son for a short ski trip. Nice setting and clean, with great access to town of winter park.

One of Our Winter Park Favorites

This is a great unit for two people in a perfect location next to the Fraser River and in walking distance to everything in the downtown Winter Park.

Overpriced and disappointing

The unit was clean but not the bedding or couch. It had an odd odor to it as soon as you opened the door. The guests in the unit below were smoking Marijuana and burning incense which lingered into our unit(with our 12 year old). The couch was stained, the comforter appeared to have stains as well. For the amount of money I was charged it was beyond disappointing.

After fixing the door handle so it wouldn’t fall off when opening the door, we then searched for keys for club house, which came falling down from where coats were hung. We then went on the hunt for a welcome book of some sort but all we found was a guest book to sign, which oops we forgot. Upon trying to put things in a place to store for our stay we had to put the fans back in their boxes so we had more room in the closest. Unfortunately, the cleaning people forgot to clean under bed and their was a stain in the couch as well. No elevator, which is great exercise going to 2nd floor but to have to put in a 10 digit code to get in is a little over kill. You had to look it up every time you wanted to get in. Ugh!!! The layout was quaint and the location with the sound of the creek was amazing.

Lice included with rental - Vacasa refuses to refund.

Several issues with this rental that where very disappointing all on the first day. Vacasa refuses to refund even though they violated terms & conditions of rental. 1) no pool pass. Spoke with Vacasa & Dave (prop manager) did not get back to me or provide pool pass. 2) sheets had stains on them. 3) Used Q-tip left in bedroom. 4) Broken glass on floor. 5) Lice in bed!!!! We had to stay the first night b/c we had no where to go. We left after 1 night and had to pay for another rental during our trip. I have contacted Vacasa several times, provided pictures, they refuse to refund. Dave, also refuses to return my calls. I would be glad to provide pictures if VRBO would allow. This is theft on the part of Vacasa!

Cozy / great location!

Right in town- walking distance from so many restaurants and festivals. Perfect amount of space for two !
