**The Space**

Roomy three bedroom, three bath condominium with perfect views of the slopes

and base area from the balcony.

Enjoy a beverage while watching skiers and bikers come off the mountain.

Perfect size for a large family or three couples with granite counter-tops

with bar seating, a dining table, stainless steel appliances, leather

furniture, and washer/dryer set.

**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second

bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with trundle bed, and the third bedroom

has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom.

Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation. .

Additional Notes for Parking

Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
