Great location

Excellent location to walk to WP village or even jump on Lift!! Beautiful view of the ski hill and hot tub was a delight!! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Winter Park Resort is across the street and has a little village of shops and restaurants to visit. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect. Hot tub was a bonus!!

Beautiful Rental with Amazing views!

This was one of our favorite rentals! Beautiful place in a perfect location with amazing views. It is so well stocked with everything you need. We had the best time staying here for Christmas. I highly recommend!!

Excellent Mountain Stay

We came in for a quick Labor Day weekend get-a-way and had an excellent time. The house was well maintained and conveniently located to the Resort/Trails/Towns in the area. Teresa was very responsive to questions before and during the stay.

Perfect Stay for a Ski Trip

Great location and property in a Winter Park. Everything from communication, checking in, the stay and departure were great. The hot tub and views added to the great ski conditions. Highly recommend.

Great WP property

We had a great stay. Only downside was the shuttle was hard to sort out and not super reliable. Unit is very nice and owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. When a storm rolled through she accommodated a late checkout also, which was very helpful for us.

Great Ski Mountain Location

This property is just across the street from the resort so the access to skiing is terrific. The place itself is perfect - perfectly appropriated kitchen with everything we needed even on a holiday weekend, comfortable beds and living area, excellent hot tub from a deck with a view of the mountain so you can watch the trails get groomed. Excellent stay. I would highly recommend it

Winter Park Girls

This is our third year in a row staying at a condo in Lakota (1 gal from Denver, 4 from Michigan). This condo was the best by far; location to the bus line, sleeping arrangements and amenities of the condo itself. We already booked for next year!

Lovely Condo

Perfect location for skiing, a two-minute walk to the lift bus. Great views of the mountains. Awesome hot tub! Everything was as expected from the listing. Theresa was super responsive and really took care of us.

Great Property

Our family took our annual Spring Break trip to Winter Park and we loved our time at this property. The bedrooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes with great views of the mountain. Teresa was great to work with and very responsive before and during our stay if we had any questions. We are already looking forward to next Spring Break.

Wonderful Home in Winterpark

Our family had a fantastic time enjoying the gorgeous views of Winterpark from the living room, deck, and hot tub! So happy with the home it had everything we needed including a crockpot so we could throw a meal in and have it complete when finished on the slopes. Beautifully decorated and just a few steps away from the green line Lyft bus make it a perfect stay. So happy we got to meet Teresa, the owner, who was so welcoming and answered all our questions.

Clean & well stocked with excellent service

Spacious, garage, across Hwy 40 from lifts, close to shuttle. Theresa let us check-in at 10:00am as our flights were changed. Wonderful Christmas reunion with family. We even made cookies! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Townhome with fabulous Mountain View’s.

This is an amazingly beautiful and well equipped townhome. It feels virtually brand new with high quality furnishings with a homey comfortable feel. It has everything you want including a new ultra clean private hot tub. The view of the Winter Park ski mountain is spectacular. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be returning!

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view!

Perfect place for a week of skiing. The condo has a great layout with lots of windows to take in the view of the trees and ski hill. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living area was comfortable and roomy. The beds were super comfy. The decks give added space and the hot tub was so appreciated after a day on the slopes. Short walk to the city bus stop and shuttle to Winter Park ski resort. Teresa was an excellent host. Love to come back for another stay!
