My daughter and I went to the hotel room and we liked it. The bed was a little soft, but it was nice. The AC was a little loud. But, it was nice. The staff was nice and it was a clean room. We didn't really use the amanities except for the toilet as seeing I needed the bar for the toilet.

Good overall. Full hot breakfast, pool and hot tub were great. My only complain is the bathroom smell and the bathroom cleanness overall, the base of the toilet was not cleaned in ages, not sure if it was the cause of that smell, but there were dry yellow spots on it.

Breakfast was filling everyday! The staff made sure every food item was filled. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. I would highly recommend Best Western Baraboo Inn for a great stay!

It was close to the Attractions in the Dells however. Hotel is showing its age and not very clean. We booked a king room and they moved us to a different room due to a leak. It had a very tiny bed and a red heart shaped jacuzzi. We asked for a regular double queen room and were told nothing was available. Luckily we only needed room for one night or we would have found a different hotel. Tv only got 3 channels. And coffee maker was gross in the room.

Tv didnt work.. AC was super loud and needs to be maintained.. garbage under the bed from past guests. We had a hot tub room, water was warm at best. Walls are PAPER thin.. the staff were great its just the overall place needs to be maintained better.

The front desk staff was excellent. She was very helpful. Our problem was with the carpet in our room. It was beyond dirty, too dirty to walk around in our stocking feet. It ruined my socks. There were also shower fixtures in the room and at the pool that needed to be attached properly to the wall. This location was great but the property needs major work.

The beds were good, plenty of hot water and the breakfast was excellent. Not so the toilet with a broken hinge on the seat and slow and incomplete flushing. Overall an excellent budget property, but maintenance should have noticed and fixe both toilet problems earlier.
