“The booking experience, checkin/out, and all communication with the managing company were excellent. The location is wonderful, just outside the city of Bodfish, not far from town with a grocery store and coffee nook, and only about 45 min. from the Trail of 100 Giants. Don’t miss grabbing a steak at McNally’a in Kernsville one night. The cabin was quaint and overall pretty good. We would stay there again. Bed was comfortable. Ping Pong table in the garage. Lots of fun. Only real complaint is...

“Property should only accommodate no more than 8 people stay. Two rooms downstairs doesn’t have heating(Too cold to stay in winter). No Salt, Black pepper, Cooking oil, Coffee, Sugar, and Cream for coffee, etc.etc.”

“A nice little cabin in a nice neighborhood. It has all the necessary amenities for a quick get away in the woods. Perfect place if you are wanting to have fun in the snow during winter. The host is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. We are definitely going to re-consider this place for our next visit to Alta Sierra.”

“I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cute A frame. Everything was as described in the listing. Very clean, well maintained, comfy bed, nice linens and towels. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Peaceful location with easy access to Lake Isabella and Kernville. The host was very helpful and gracious. We would stay here again.”

“-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house”
