"Unacceptably hot over the weekend with no air con in any of the rooms. Staff were scrambling to buy and assemble fans but, having asked three times for a fan, one was never delivered. Room was sweltering hot, very uncomfortable stay and staff oblivious to basic duty of care obligations for paying ..."
