“ Nice property and grounds, service and food good at breakfast. The big disappointment was having to pay £20/pp to use the swimming pool, which is the first time I can remember having to pay to use a pool at hotel. this should be made clear when booking”

“Staff were very nice but the arrival registration at 3pm was very slow due to large line of customers. Room very nice, upgrade but looking out onto a wall and air conditioner yard. Not very happy with that. Website showed gardens. Also lighting very dull.”
