“The lady on reception was lovely, very polite and helpful.
The room was dated in poor condition and the drains absolutely stunk, there was no soap hand soap in the dispensers,
Worn out carpets, old worn furnishings tatty. Pictures will be added which confirms the condition of the room furniture.”

“Nice room, parking was a bit tricky as it was very busy and tight spaces. Some idiots parked across two which didn’t help the issue for others struggling to park. Not the hotel’s fault, but needs managing”

“Nice golf course, especially the back 9. Hotel and rooms were good - we upgraded to suite with terrace which was very good.
We were disappointed in the Barney restaurant. The BLT came on flimsy white bread when the menu said it came on toast. When we raised this eventually we were provided with toast - 2 pieces of the same type of bread lightly toasted on one side!
When checking in at 12 we were not allowed to fill in the forms to make life easier when the rooms were ready. After our golf we……
