“Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Abode in Historic Yankton - Heart of the City. First, this place is huge - with an open concept, and CLEAN. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything one would need, although it could use some baking sheets and a can opener. The refrigerator is full size, clean and has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser! Dishwasher is nearly silent. The living room area is large; with a couch, loveseat and large flat screen tv. The couch has been well loved...

“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

“Worked well for our needs. Comfortable unit in a small rural community. We were in the area for a high school reunion and didn’t spend much time there. Linens were clean but might be time for a refresh. ”
