“Comfy bed in primary room! That is the thing I care most about when renting a vacation rental so when I get a good bed, I like to write about it. This house is pretty good for groups. It would have been nice to have another full-size bathroom but we did ok. The house was very clean. Furniture was comfortable and sufficiently-sized for the number of bedrooms in the home. Parking was good. Supplies were sufficient. We weren’t lacking anything in the kitchen. Sometimes there is left-over oil...

“Our five day stay was excellent. Description and pictures of the property are accurate and appropriately inviting. Location is very convenient to Geneva and the other fine Fox River towns. Hosts were gracious, responsive and helpful. Bikes in the garage were nice and the screened in porch and backyard sitting area very inviting. We hope to be back next time in town visiting extended family.”

“Great stay. Home was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very quick on responding. The host left water, cookies, coffee from Hawaii, and chocolates upon our arrival. The rugs in each bedroom were so super soft and fluffy getting out of bed was a pleasure. The backyard was huge, fenced, and very accomadating, but a lot of stairs.”

“Everything about the home was gorgeous, beautiful and wonderful. What struck me the most about the house was the quality of all the furniture etc. We have stayed in various VRBO homes and often the furniture, mirrors, hangings etc are a selection new but low-priced items which are easily replaced. The dresser and dressing mirror in the bedroom were solid wood. The kitchen was beautiful with nice counter tops. The whole house was spacious -- half of our group was unable to join us.”

“A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again.”

“Four of us decided to do a "Girlfriends Getaway" here after our high school reunion. It was a very nice venue for us. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our three days together. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and long chats around the firepit in the yard. Amanda was very responsive to all communication.”

“It was a nice place. It did look like a condo or apartment complex which was very nice. I received lots of compliments about that and I, myself, also felt it looked like a nice condo complex. The only draw was the washers didn’t work well. Not only did they seem to skip a cycle (clothes were still soapy) but, they were still soaked. They had to be washed out when I got home.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and extremely clean. Close location to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back again someday!”

“This property was the perfect location to visit with family and friends for Christmas. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra amenities too like the soaps, shampoos, nice bottle of wine… We loved the wood fireplace with gas and used it every chance we had. The kitchen was also well equipped. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Vic and Grace for the great experience.”

“It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...
