The hotel in general looked nice, elegant. Our room had some slight ceiling damage in shower, and the temperature was a bit humid when we lowered the a/c. During breakfast it was crowded, but food options were plenty. Lots of businesses close by walking distance, still quiet by hotel.

The included breakfast was not restocked, no coffee available and the staff was rude when we asked if we could have the coffee refilled. We saw guests come down at 9:00 and they couldn’t eat.

Room was dirty and smelled horrible. Toilet paper was leftover from whoever had stayed there previously. Called and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned only for the towels to be picked up. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked until we went down and picked it up ourselves at the front desk. Also the whole hotel smelled awful with whatever cleaning agent they were using in the hallways.

The Property was clean and comfortable. It met all our needs. The only thing we didn't like is that the TV didn't work and was not checked on by staff after multiple calls. It didn't matter to me but my husband likes to watch TV alot and really missed his shows.

The property seemed to have deteriorated since our last 3 stays there. The first room had unpleasant smell so we asked for another which also smelled but lesser. The bathroom exhaust was not working, the lady at front desk said sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
