除了房間有特殊的氣味，其他都非常好。職員還特別提醒附近有那些設施或購物點，非常貼心。

酒店地點好，交通十分方便連接扎幌電車及JR站，樓下路面門口就有直接到新千歲機場巴士1300日元。連接地下街，下雪天就不怕凍親，滑倒。地下街購物食肆多。酒店七樓有房間浴室用品任取，如浴盐都有四款。又有咖啡和熱朱古力飲品任飲，行李暫存。自助早餐2500日元有魚子，帶子，吞拿魚，三文魚，咖喱拉麵..等等。房間也有補濕機，為一是房間較細，大型行李難以打開，步行空間只有三至四步。

The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay there. Looking forward to re-visit the venue again if I come around Otaru area next time.

比較新的酒店而且有浴湯也頗大。但不是每天執房而是隔天執房

鄰近JR/地下鐵札幌站交通很方便，附近可逛很多商場和地下街，附近有很多食店和便利店。 櫃檯服務員很友善，房間打掃員清潔很乾淨！房間很大很舒適，入住令人很放鬆，下次會再入住！
