"Our big surprise was that the loft was on the 4th floor so basically that was 8 flights of stairs with luggage. Perhaps we should have realized that there would be stairs sibce it wasva loft but we didn't. And being from the US it was strange not having a fire escape;however, there was a large fire extinguisher. The bedding was supper comfortable. Again, the location was awesome!"

"Location was the best part of our stay. Very close to the heart of the city and easy to reach from St. Pieter’s train station by tram and a bit of walking. "Very clean. Easy to find. Excellent communication. Everything that you might need was supplied. Parking was great. We had a bit of an issue with the level of noise from the nearby road - concrete with gaps that meant the whole building trembled a little when lorries passed by. Maybe we were unused to road noise, but we had to take the mattresses into the hallway to sleep the 2nd and 3rd night of our 3-night visit. "Very comfortable & well equipped-location is great"

"This is a very new apartment with all new and modern appliances and finishings. It’s a wonderful space and perfectly central to everything in the city. It lacks a few things that are important however. Such as a towel holder in the toilet and bathroom, a shelf in the shower. There is plumbing downstairs for a 2nd toilet which we felt was very needed. Also during our stay was 26-30 degrees C. Without a/c, or fans, we had to open the windows day and night. "Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but...

"Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Nachteil war nur der fehlende WLAN-Anschluss (aber man konnte den Gast-Zugang des im Erdgeschoss liegenden IzyCoffee nutzen (mit täglich neuer Anmeldung). Fehlende Haken für Handtücher/Necessaire und eine Ablage im Bad wurden moniert und sollen noch nachgerüstet werden."

"Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's. Stijlvol ingericht, heel ruim voor twee personen. Compleet ingerichte keuken. Comfortabel bed, fijne badkamer. Op de begane grond zit een brunchrestaurant, daar komt wel wat geluid van naar boven. Grootste minpunt betreft de wijze waarop de eigenaar heeft gekozen te communiceren. "The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had 2 small hand towels and 2 not so large ( medium ) bath towels for 2 for 8 nights ! It’s disgusting ! No hand towels in the...
