The staffs members are very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean, nice view of the city, but in my room the bed it was very hard.

The rooms are nice and large. The casino is extremely smokey. Making dining in any of the open restaurants in the casino area very unenjoyable. Continued work on many of the elevators creates a huge backup just to get up to your room. I would stay away from this resort. It is in decline.
