Very easy walk to downtown and back or take the trolley always clean, quiet peaceful love the balconies. We stay here all the time when we go to Gatlinburg.

Nice clean rooms, very helpful and kind staff. Great location, easy walk to climate pledge arena, space needle etc. Parking is available and fairly easy to navigate to. Roof top terrace provides a wonderful view of the bay. Definitely would stay again.

Clearly has been completely refurbished recently. Was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Cannot comment on the pool as we did not use it. Balcony had a nice view of the river. Fireplace was nice touch.
