Weekend getaways in Ireland

This place was exquisite and we plan to return in the future. The staff was very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner (spectacular). The setting is beautiful and walking distance from Muckross Abby and Muckross House. The walking paths are tranquil and well kept. A beautiful place that we LOVED and highly recommend.

Spent a week in Dublin at The Green and could not have been more happy with our decision. Location is excellent, very walkable and centrally located between local and more tourist destinations. Trinity College and Molly Malone are a quick stroll, Temple Bar is a little further (15ish minutes). Local Tram across the street to get to spots further away. St. Stephen's park also right across the street. The weather we had during our stay made the park a nice added bonus. About the hotel...TOP...

Loved the staff, especially the morning staff. Katherine Castillo was amazing and very helpful! Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Newly remodeled property, wonderful staff, great bar and restaurant highly recommend

This was probably one of my favorite hotels in Ireland. I loved the easy parking for our cars, the rooms, amenities, and the bar. The staff there are all top notch, the hotel itself is lovely, and the location is wonderful. It seemed very quiet there. The only issue is coffee. If in-room coffee suits you, then no issues for you. But if you want good coffee at the hotel it's $20 room service, or the $60/pp breakfast. Free parking. Amazing location in town. Friendly staff. The room was large. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Breakfast was included and excellent. Only bad thing was the view out our window.

Hotel staff were great. They were very friendly, and helpful. They offered to get a taxi for us, confirmed our return trip reservation trip to the airport with Airport Collections. Also provided excellent directions with circles on a map to popular locations we were going to. To top if off they even ordered a pizza for us.. Truly a great experience.

I arrived early for check in after a long flight from New York. It was only 11am -I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth at check in. I asked if possible -can we get at least 1 room early since we were all very tired. Elizabeth directed us to the dining room where we had an absolutely amazing breakfast. 30 minutes later -both of my rooms were ready. This is exceptional customer service. Close to Heuston train station and Luas

We would definitely stay at The Davenport again. We liked the location near Merrion Square- a little away from the crowds in Grafton St /Temple Bar area, but still very walkable to those places. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was beautiful and rooms were perfect size for a few night stay in Dublin! We truly enjoyed the distance to everything it was all walkable! And staff went above and beyond for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Absolute Hotel. We were warmly welcomed and staff provided all the information we needed about Limerick. The room was luxurious and provided us with needed rest and relaxation after a couple of busy days touring. We walked to King John’s Castle and to dinner. Next time we plan to try the restaurant in the hotel. Thanks for your hospitality!
