Very good wiew

The room was super clean, smelled fresh, cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. The free laundry room on the 13th floor was amazing to have when you’re on a long trip and need a fresh set of clothes.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy...

Great location, near most places you'd want to see. Room was nice, staff very pleasant

From the when we first walked in all was lovely. The staff have been helpful and courteous.

Fraser Suites is a collection of exquisitely designed mini apartments of various sizes, which fit the bill of 5-star accommodations perfectly. My room was divided into 5 sections: Entry with kitchen, including washer/dryer; small dining area with welcome fruit bowl; living area with 2 couches; adjacent bed room area with very comfortable king sized bed; large bathroom with tub and shower; all amenities; small extra TV embedded in mirror; super clean. All electrical outlets to international...

Stunningly beautiful hotel but must stay on club floor the lobby and

What I like about it: 1) Offers free do-it-yourself laundry service on 8th floor. They have sigh up sheet for both washer and dryer. Two washers and one dryer. If the previous person doesn't come to pick up his/her stuff on time, you can call the front desk to have house-keeping staff come and pick it up to vacant either the washer or dryer for the next person to use. 2) Unlimited supply of bottled water - two free ones inside of refrigerator in each room. If you need more, you may get...

Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

Ok

Everything was fantastic, definitely will book again.

I love the location, very close to a lot of tourist attractions and great spots for food. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms are very clean spacious and I would recommend anybody traveling to China to try out the spot.

It was good hotel to stay over after landing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the DiDi hailing wait area is far from the hotel lobby. We took a taxi instead.

Very good Hotel in Beijing A-1

This is the BEST Crowne Plaza out of Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, and Qingdao. The rooms are extremely clean, staff are nice, tons of places to eat nearby. Amenities are very limited because this is more of a business focused hotel near the airport. Once again, extremely clean rooms and I would definitely stay here again. I wish all the Crowne Plazas were like this one. This Crowne Plaza had such a clean room it could definitely pass for a 5 star hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom...
