I would say of our five weeks in Italy and most of the experiences being very good this one did not disappoint. Nice room and a wonderful location close to everything. Quaint town without all the congestion. Updated room with balcony on the second level. Only comfort issue was the mattress very firm but as things go in Italy it has been the norm. Otherwise no complaints!

Central Location for the Marina Boat Service around Lake Como. Beautiful view from the Lakefront rooms of the water & mountains. Great warm weather location with beach & pool & beautiful floral filled gathering areas near the water. The staff were excellent with excursion recommendations. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Menaggio! It's not a huge property so it's quiet and has a family run, boutique feel and you can really feel the love put into the property. The breakfast spread was the huge and delicious! The staff was friendly. As others have noted it is a trek up a hill to get to the property if you don't have a car. Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay!

We had a great stay in the lovely home in Menaggio. The owner was highly responsive and we’d highly recommend. Modern, clean and super easy to access the town! The Victoria Beach Club was a blast and we took a cooking class in Bellano across the lake. Love Lake Como!

The property, rooms and staff were all amazing. The family that owns the hotel are very hospitable and welcoming. We had a lovely evening chatting with them about a local festival l. It was very memorable. However, if you did not rent a car buyer beware that it is a long and steep climb/walk to the hotel from any bus stops or ferries. And Ubers/taxis are hard to come by. Other than that the walk itself is beautiful just a little bit difficult.

My FAV part of my Italy Trip! This property is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful 😍 our room was huge and opened right onto the lake. The staff was super attentive to detail and helpful. The spa was amazing! Multiple dinning options on property and so much to do! You feel extremely safe while on the premises and it was an oasis away from home! 15/10! Would highly recommend..
