The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. They will make all your reservations for your restaurants, tours, cabs, car rentals, ect. Will give all the recommendations you need. This spot is a great location in the middle of the island, can walk the trail to Oia on the path that’s along the hotel, walking to Fira the other way. Easy to walk to the bus stations. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and as advertised. Be ready to climb a 100 stairs to your room though. We got a room with a jacuzzi, and the bartender would deliver our drinks to us there that was super helpful. The staff overall were exceptional, and welcoming! Please be aware when booking that the patio's and jacuzzi's are not blocked off from the rooms next door, or the people walking up And down the stairs.

The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. Where to start,Santorini sky is a diamond of a hotel. The property is especially serene and the views breathtaking. The staff exceeds expectations in every way imaginable! My only regret is not staying enough days at the property.

We spent 10 days in Santorini, all at the Santorini Princess Luxury Spa hotel. From the complimentary "welcome" cocktails and dessert, to the amazing food, the incredibly atentive and accomodating staff, and the beautiful grounds, I can't say enough about this place.

Absolutely loved this place! I can't say for sure Skyfall is better than those absurdly-priced properties in the likes of Oia or Imervigoli, but I don't see how it's not right on par with the best Santorini has to offer. This was such a nice little oasis. Beautiful and spacious room with private hot tub area. Well located, 10 min walk from main square and bus station. Welcoming was really nice, I highly recommend.

It made our stay!!! Very friendly staff, amazing room/suite, very convenient location close to evrything and not in the middle of the hectic area.perfect for relaxation and calm during day and night. Wonderful view + sunset view(unlike oia hotels) food is just delicious and the whole experience is just unforgettable!!

Charisma suites is the place to go if looking to stay in Oia. While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). It almost was preferred between my wife and I as we could experiance Oia and separate from the commotion as the sun begins to set and the town packs up with tourists/ cruise liner members. The Last Sunbeam is an absolutely amazing amazing hotel in Fira! The price is incredible and the personal customized breakfast is phenomenal! Eneida is the most amazing host and so are all the cleaners and staff that work towards making guests experience amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay. The view was so gorgeous that we didn’t even feel like going to Oia. I will recommend all our friends and families to stay here in this gem!
