Spring break hotels in Newport

Staying aboard is very relaxing. Happy hour and breakfast are unrivaled, every detail is clearly thought of. The food and company was amazing. This was our second stay and we intend to make it a regular spot.

Room had all the amenities i was looking for. Great view, balcony, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, plenty of towels and blankets, silverware and dishes supplied. Good customer service at the front desk. Used the convenient laundry room which was clean and affordable. The only improvement would be a tub long enough to fully stretch out. Definitely plan to return.

Nicely remodeled with an espresso machine, full bar & restaurant, indoor hot tub & pool. Will stay again.

Love this place - the perfect place to disconnect and unwind - slept like a baby in the fantastic bed and had a delicious breakfast at the cafe - reserve a table !!!

The staff was wonderful. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Everything was so clean and the room was so quiet. Nye Beach is a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay again!

Not the best parking situation, we did find an inhaler and pill under our bed but other than that the room was very clean and nice and the staff was amazing. We would stay again.

Was better than anticipated!

Newport is so special and The Landing is a great spot to stay. The best part is the balcony, view, quiet bedroom and having kitchen to make simple breakfast or lunch. Abundant dinner option and fish lovers paradise!

We were crabbing in Newport and the La Quinta is a beautiful hotel close to the bay. It was so convenient for us with ample parking for our boat. The gentleman who worked the front desk when we arrived, I think his name is Peter, was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and so energetic! His positivity was infectious! Friendly staff, clean facility, and easy to navigate.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! My check in was smooth and the person at the desk was so kind and helpful to me and my partner. The room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The pillows were to die for too. So cozy. The pool and spa area was clean, well stocked, and open late so we could enjoy it after the crowds left for the night. The included breakfast is DELICIOUS! Meat, eggs, pastries, a pancake machine(mind blown!), cereal, bagels, etc. So much goodness. ...

We'll stay here again. Love the access to the beach and it's more remote location. Our room was comfortable and fun with old movie star decor. We spent the night with Marilyn Monroe!

The front desk clerk was so helpful and even called me to let us know how to check in after hours. She gave us a room with a fantastic veiw!

Just right! Nicer than expected-much nicer!

Wonderfully kind and patient staff. Clean room. All the basics included: fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The parking lot had left something to be desired with deep potholes which looked like mere puddles. Blow dryer was partially melted - made me concerned about safety.

The room was updated and clean! Nice area and welcoming staff. Would stay here again!

For 55 bucks after taxes a night. Not bad. You would think beat up. The outside not pretty but the inside is clean. Smells good. Bed was comfy. Also pillows were pillows not flat sheet folded up like most motels. Office smells like curry. But in a good way. Will stay there again. Can't beat the price for a place to lay your head.
