The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, and the sheets are super hard and almost made of plastic. The shower in our room had mold and there was no antibacterial soap in the bathrooms. The towels are cheap and it was honestly disappointing considering that upon check in the man who works there said we got a “good price” because they just renovated. I expected luxury and it was honestly very average. The breakfast was decent and the views are great. It’s not worth the “good price” (already insanely expensive) in my opinion. There were kayaks available for guests to use. There was a pretty lawn with lounge chairs and beautiful landscaping. We didn’t have an opportunity to use them, but there was a hot tub and a sauna next to the lake. Breakfast was very good, and it could be eaten outdoors on the deck overlooking the lake or in a lovely room with a cozy fireplace and cathedral ceiling and wall of glass with amazing views. The manager was wonderful and very accommodating. It was old an tired.. looked a bit like a not well kept old peoples home, our room stunk of bleach, dining room looked like something out of the 70's , very down market, in need of complete updating and renovation.
