“My family and I stayed here for five nights and were pleasantly surprised to arrive to an upgraded room! Ren at the front desk was amazing and sent up some fruit for our arrival and was kind enough to gift two stuffed turtles for my two sons, she truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay started off right! The property was perfect for my family, lots of space for my four-year-old son to run around, the lagoon was essential, and the pool was always clean. We went during a week that wasn’t……

“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“This is a great home located inside a huge resort, which I didn’t know when I booked. There is a grocery store, several shops, upscale restaurants and a private beach with great snorkeling. You will not be disappointed.”

“The property itself is just as described with all amenities and conveniences for a luxurious short term stay. Our only complaint would be the constant gardening - sometimes during early morning hours. One other small issue - we paid extra for hotel access to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels but the Hapuna was under massive construction with jack hammers etc, in hearing distance from the pool and beach. Needless to say, we didn't go there again during our stay.”
