I love to fly AA
Only thing I had to use another email address to get her mobile ticket that was not convenient
There was no free checked bag. That was a falsehood when I bought the ticket.
In first class and no food other than grain snacks
I traveled alone from Knoxville to Orlando. There was a stopover in Charlotte on my return trip and the Gate to catch my next trip to Knoxville was way on the other end of the terminal. We were delayed in Orlando so there was little time to get the next flight. I was walking fast and at times running to get to Gate 38. No time to use the restroom or grab a snack. My name was being called on the PA. That was the only inconvenience for me, but it was very important to me at age 79 . Fortunately, I exercise 3x a week or I believe I would not have made it to my flight. It would be nice if there was a shuttle to take passengers from one Gate to the other when a flight has been delayed and little time to make to the next flight.
All family’s with young children should all sit in one section of the plane.
Gave us a whole can of our drink (Diet Coke).
thanks for such an easy system to use
Wish the carry on was free or atleast free drinks
