“Staff was friendly and helpful. Mostly what stood out for me was the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel itself. The owners have kept up the ambiance of the beautiful building and interior with gorgeous period paintings, moldings and woodwork. I spent considerable time just meandering through the main halls, in awe of all the beauty. Not only is the inside amazing, but there is a gorgeous courtyard and pool outside. Anyone interested in staying amongst gorgeous surroundings should surely……

“The drain in the bathroom shower is blocked, it takes 10 minutes for water to get down, not good at all. But the front desk staffs are friendly. ”

“400USD deposit!! Not even allowed to pay cash! Who pay for the bank commission? Who pay for the different currency rate? Such a ridiculous policy! The hotel treat their guest as thief. Instead, the boss of the hotel try to make interest from guests deposit because it takes 3 days to return money. Never pick this hotel again!”

“Near the airport. Poor sound insulation of windows. During the night, we kept hearing the plane take off. Poor sleeping. Others were good. There are free shuttle buses to the airport and charged laundry for guests.”

“1.Living in house and outside environment are all wonderful for me to work and do exercise around the hotel. 2.easy to travel to downtown through metro, it takes less than 10 min from hotel to metro station. 3.have several shopping malls nearby for personal needs in almost everything :) ”

Most importantly, after I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I called the front desk and they immediately helped locate it for me.
