"Extremely dirty. Not well maintained. Cobwebs. Spills and sticky messes all over the floor. Missing and broken blinds, dirty kitchen utensils and towels, back door was broken and hard to lock. No paper towels, dirty beds. It says you can bring a pet…. I wouldn’t bring my pet to this house.. there is no grass."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was better than we had expected by far. The property was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was absolutely ideal. We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. I would book here again and recommend to others. Thanks for having us!"

"This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. We loved this experience...

"I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Our kids had fun at the Tongva Park which is also a short walk away. Thank you...
