Beautiful property with a bunch of things to. Oceanfront view was beautiful and the beach is amazing.

The booking said that there was breakfast daily but there is a restaurant on site that’s not open for breakfast and there is no breakfast included in the booking. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and when checking in we had difficulty getting into the room as the number wasn’t clear. We loved all the games in the courtyard and the fire pits

Property was generally great. It’s big and a little spread out but once we got used to it we had no trouble getting around. Seaweed odor was a bit of an inconvenience because it made it hard to be right near the ocean.

Limited places to eat for a quick bite. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room.

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.

Lots of fun for the family. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is really good. We had fun. The down side is the rooms are outdated. I would go back but would not book through a third party. Hopefully then I could secure a better view.
