The only thing that happened, is the hotel didn't mention there would be noise from the construction works during the stay period. The noise start at 11:00 in the morning, just woke me up of a sudden and i think is just above my room. At last, the front office managed to give us a new room which will be far away from the noise.. But still, it surprises me regarding the noise management of the hotel guest expectation.
