We had a great stay at Dusit Thani Dubai. The hotel is very clean, and the staff responded quickly to any request we had. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — surrounded by everything you need and very convenient for getting around the city.
The breakfast had a good variety of options, which we appreciated. However, the service at breakfast could use some improvement. On two out of the five days we ate there, I had trouble receiving what I ordered and had to ask more than once.
The only other inconvenience during our stay was that the hotel needed to flush and clean the water system, which required no water use from 2:00–5:00. Unfortunately, the water didn’t return to normal until around 7:00, which was inconvenient since we couldn’t shower after coming back from the beach. I wish they had provided more accurate timing and mentioned it clearly at the time of booking. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell when turning on the water during the first three days, although it became less noticeable later in our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

Stayed for a week. We had a palm facing apartment which was lovely ! Loved the space and views .
Staff were great and kids loved getting the buggy back to the apt. My son didn’t feel happy at kids club but my daughter wanted to go.
We were on half board. But there’s a lot of high hidden costs - water they will only serve bottled at dinner and it’s extortionate. 2 waters , 1 beer and 1 wine on average cost £50 per meal. You also have to pay to use the spa facilities which is crazy!
Restaurants were ok no stand out. The Indian was actually the worst food I’ve had in Dubai.
Other than that pools were nice and overall it was a nice resort and friendly staff. I loved the apartment and house keeping helped us promptly when my daughter was sick.
