Staff was super friendly and helpful. The front staff and staff during breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Im very sensitive to scent and the rooms and linens were fresh. We stayed at the second floor. They make up the room every 2nd day which was great. Fresh towels are replaced everyday too. Included free breakfast was great. It is not continental breakfast or a breakfast buffet. Instead, but you get to choose one breakfast meal everyday which was pleasant. Everything is made fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was skeptical because of the reviews I see online but we had an overall pleasant stay!

Overall, our stay was good, but either the carpet or the air-conditioning had a weird smell. The staff were great and offered to transfer rooms, but the smell was in both rooms so we just stayed put where we were. The breakfast buffet was good, but the set up was a little crowded which made getting it onto our plates a little stressful. I think a totally different section to make toast and waffles would be a great idea to keep the lines somewhat moving. If somebody was making toast or waffles, you would have to stay there and wait while others were trying to get around you. overall, considering the price, breakfast buffet, and the pool, our stay was good.
